Cooling Off Policy for Purchases Made Directly From a New Earth Associate
Customers who purchase New Earth products from a representative (not from New Earth directly) have the right to cancel a purchase within the following guidelines. You may cancel a sales transaction, without any penalty or obligation, within three (3) days from the date beside your signature on your sales receipt. If you cancel, any payments made by you under this agreement, and any instrument executed by you will be returned within ten (10) business days following receipt of your cancellation notice by the seller. If you cancel, you must make New Earth Life Sciences products previously received by you, if any, available to the seller at your residence, in substantially as good condition as when received, or, if you wish, you may comply with the instructions of the seller regarding the return of the shipment of the goods at the expense and risk of the seller. If you make the New Earth Life Sciences products available to the seller and the seller does not pick them up within twenty (20) days of the date of your notice of cancellation, you may retain or dispose of these goods without any further obligation. If you fail to make the goods available to the seller then you remain liable for performance of all obligations under the contract. To cancel your transaction, mail or deliver a signed and dated copy of this cancellation notice to the New Earth Associate who sold the product to you.
Support materials and inventory, including the Independent Business Associate Kit, is refundable for a 12 month period from the Associate's date of purchase, unless such materials are sold as seasonal, discontinued, or special promotion products. Any such "unmarketable" items received by New Earth will not be returned to sender. Upon the company's receipt of these materials and inventory, the company will issue a refund and terminate the Associate's account with New Earth.
